You have probably heard of “Buzz Word Bingo“. You probably have participated in some sortĀ of conversation about Buzz Words and how stupid they are. With that said, we all use some sort of buzz word or catch phrase. It’s kinda like the acceptable “umm-uhh” of the business world. They are place holders where thoughts should be.
I was in a meeting earlier listening to a group of marketers talk shop for two very excruciating hours. In my head I’m screaming “BINGO!” halfway through. Below is the list I jotted down during the meeting. Feel free to add your favorites:

We all use them, but I beg you on all your available nuggets of wisdom – please keep their use to a minimum. Say what you mean and mean what you say. Otherwise, it’s a slippery slope into the funnel of widgets.
